I have then trying to figure out what is causing inflammation in my body and what are my triggers. Everything I was told when I took my test 20 years ago. I have been in big denial of, so I pretty much ignored everything. I am very reactive to Dairy, eggs, grain, caffeine, coffee, sugar, and processed foods. That about eliminates everything I eat. I'm down to lots of veggies, some fruit, and a little bit of meat protein. I've spent a week off of all these Foods and I can clearly say no more phlegm or congestion at this time. That is really good for me. I've just been drinking clear tea. if I cheat just a little I get very congested and I know exactly what I've done. I really do not have enough discipline at this point to just cold turkey all this stuff.....It will be a process.

I think those are common triggers for a lot of people. Glad you have figured it out. It will make it easier for you to manage even if you do wander a bit. Do you think it is all grains or just gluten? Or lactose rather than all dairy? It sounds to me like you have plenty of good choices left to deal with

I totally get that. I have chronic inflammation due to autoimmune disorders. All of those exacerbate them. Sugar and processed food are the very worst. I changed my diet. Most starchy carbs are our. I’m doing zucchini noodles and cauliflower rice. I love it.
