It’s been a struggle but I’m learning to eat in a calorie deficit (1500-1700) calories a day. I workout 5-6 days a week. I start with yoga, then I hold a two minute elbow plank and then I do a workout that includes cardio and weights. I’m losing inches more than pounds but I’m gaining muscle which is what is encouraging me to keep pushing myself forward. I haven’t worked in 6 months due to my job shutting down because of the pandemic. I’ve been putting applications in and I should be hearing some positive news soon. I worked at my job for 9 years and was hoping to return but I can’t wait any longer.

Thank you! Yes, I have to stay positive. I’ll have days that aren’t so good and I’ll have days that are great, I just stay positive because I know that I can achieve the goals a I set with a positive mind frame.
