I totally get that, lost about 30 lbs 2 years ago, maintained for a year and started gaining back last year until I gained it all back and some over quarantine. I had given up trying to be good and felt discourage being the only one trying to stay healthy, finally my husband said he wanted a change for himself so we’re making changes and exercising. One lb at a time, one workout at a time, one Lb down 26 to go.
