I agree on the 🥑 calories. It’s very sad that they are so “expensive”. I budget my calories like I budget money. Some days I can’t afford 🥑 because I bought 🍩 instead 😂😂😂

I miss avocados so much. I plan to add them back in the next few weeks. They're healthy fat, but still high calories! They limit my available calories too much to really satisfy my appetite. Soooo delicious, though!!

Yes they have alot of calories but the health factors are there as well. They help lower your cholesterol, they have many vitamins and minerals, they are good for eye health, they have fiber, and they are high in folate, which help combat depression. So don't be afraid to eat them🥑🥑🥑

The good fat of the avocado help satiate so hunger doesn't result in overeating.

Avocados have a ton of fat, fat has 9 cal/ gram. I eat it anyway.

Right Moopie, it is one of the healthiest fats out there...and it does help keeping hunger at bay Ruthe..all good reasons to enjoy in proper portions!

they have good calories. same as a glazed donut but these are good calories as opposed to bad donut calories. 🙂🙂
