keep getting back at it! today i did a mostly fast. i am diabetic so i have to watch it hopefully i will be able to get off blood sugar meds and blood pressure meds. i wont be getting on the scale till next weekend! 3 cheat days in a row although yesterday i didn't eat much i still ate the wrong things. so i'm glad today i have made good choices and i feel better. its weird how i thought most of those foods i ate didn't taste very good c'mon Cathy you got this!
