I have a 6,400 kcal surplus this month 😳. Yet I still lost 1/2#. Since vacation and surgery all happened in the last several weeks I went back and checked my previous weight. I was just over 120 so I’m still up 1# for the last month and a half. During that time I’ve had a 16,000+ surplus!! If I’d have been able to go to the gym the last 7 weeks it would’ve been more like a 10000-12,000 surplus and I’d probably be back to 120 lol.

Now I’m really REALLY hoping I didn’t lose muscle and gain a ton of fat lol. Scale shows about the same so I should be fine. Now to decide which is more important, staying under 120 or eating a big surplus each month. Based on the numbers I’d say a surplus haha.

I doubt that you lost muscle but if you did you will regain it quickly! You have to show us those super fit arms once again!!

It won't take you long but it's more important that you recover fully!

Sorry you couldn't go to the gym! I know you like to work out. I think you will be able to pick up and regain your strength quickly. I hpe you are ok after surgery. Have a really nice day!

Doing well. I think I’ll get strength back quickly. I’m taking a few more days off due to the headache that won’t go away. My oldest was wanting to go with hubby anyway so it’s a win win.
