So, I had a horrible kidney stone attack yesterday and I am on the mend now. It helped me lose another pound since Monday, but that might be because I drank water and didnt really eat yesterday, either.
GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

No..definitely NOT fun. Excruciating. But I managed to choke down a whopping 702 calories all day (I was too full of water!)...I usually try not to go below 1200 if I can help it..My appetite is back though....I am STARVING today. May add an extra snack or something tonight or tomorrow to try and off set that.
