im starting to see a real difference im so proud of myself ive never actually tried to lose weight before until june 12th when i was 190 lbs 💪👏

Hey Loulee- Don't let anyone tell you how to use the site- Just like your WOE (way of eating), it's a personal choice. Whatever you need to do to keep yourself focused on your health, do it. FS can be a great tool for support and REAL friendships. 💕
