I wish the cookbook would allow combining one recipe into another. I am trying to put last night's Kung Pau with baked tofu in. The tamari sauce was homemade that is an ingredient in the sauce and the baked tofu is home marinated and baked. I will again use commercial products in the list and juggle. It does often means inaccurate numbers for sodium, fats etc.
