well this week marks the start of trimming down. I had calorie counter years ago. lost all the weight. now it's all back on plus some. it is more difficult because I have other underlying issues that inabilitate me to my full potential. I'm not going to let that stop me. I find that calorie counting logging in every day makes me more conscious of what I'm eating and how much. I'm normally a mindless eater. . so here's to new beginnings. 😉
