I've been away for some time. Too many things were going on in my life and calorie counting was not my highest priority.

Even though I did not pay much attention to what I was eating and had to eat out a lot, my weight stabilized and I did not gain much. My weight was between 173-175 all the time. That is great. That means I can regulate my food intake intuitively and do not eat more than I need even when tired or stressed out.

I am getting close to my second FS anniversary, and need to recommit for another year. I do not plan to lose much in October, as I will be travelling a lot, but want to resume the routine, so that I can get myself through holiday season and beyond without any weight gain.

Too tired now, but will try to write more tomorrow. Need to check the forum and reconnect with my buddies.
