The weekend is almost over. I have to make low carb through one more day and then the weigh-in on Monday afternoon. I sure wish we weighed in in the morning, it would make Mondays much more enjoyable. As it is, I don't like to eat much before I weigh because the weight of the food is still in my stomach. That probably doesn't make any sense to you, but that is how I see it. I weigh first thing at home and by weigh-in time, I am weighing about 3 lbs more than my morning weight.
