Still sticking to a gluten-free diet (for the most part) - over a month now! I sometimes make exceptions for things like breaded meat. I don’t have celiac’s, so I don’t get reactions from slips every now and then. Gluten-free mostly helps to keep carbs and sugars down (and with that, bloating).
I don’t have a scale accessible right now, but my family has been commenting in the past week how I look like I’ve lost weight, so I’ll take their word for it! 😬
