I’m getting frustrated with my self. I suffer from a sleep eating disorder. I wake up in the middle of the night and eat weird things. It’s like I’m half awake and half asleep and the compulsion to eat is not controllable. Last night I ate jello crystals. Something I would never do during the day. One time I drank and almost swallowed a cleaning solution .... woke up spitting it out in the sink. It really frustrates me. Any one else out there deal with this?
