I'm at a loss of words today. I've been on the internet looking up the difference between good carbs and bad carbs. I've been trying to find out if I can lose weight even though I had a bad weekend. I'm quite discouraged because I feel as though I disappointed myself. I had set such high goals for myself with losing two lbs a week and due to my screw up this weekend, it's not going to happen. I wish I could take back what I ate, but I can't. I haven't allowed this to stop me from eating well on Monday or today, but I feel like I sank my own ship.

I dread the scale every week, but seeing that number go up or stay the same will be disheartening. There is no other way to say it except for I will be depressed. I'm going to pull myself up by the bootstraps and carry on. My goals are still the same, my clothes are fitting differently, that hasn't changed. I was able to run for 10 minutes at a time yesterday, I'm saving some money by bringing my lunch and I am becoming healthier SO I'm done with my pity party. I'm moving on and accepting where I am, how much I weigh and my mistakes.

You'll be fine! You have all week to make up for a mistake or two over the weekend, drink TONS of water, and eat right for the rest of the week, and im sure you will lose something!
