I am officially not broken toed any more YAY!!! I am slowly getting started with cardio again (out from cardio for almost 3 months due to me re-breaking the same toe). From cardio freak to weightlifter.......... I have seen a lot more results from lifting weights then I ever did some cardio in all fairness. I didn't lose weight with lifting but the difference in my shape, strength, & confidence is unreal!!! I am very much looking forward to seeing what adding cardio to my weight training is going to do!!! In the words of Eminem "hold your nose cause here goes the cold water" & Kotana Small "you ain't gonna stop me"!!! God Willing I got this!!!!!!!!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I use a personal trainer and all we do is lift weights. My scale number hasn't changed much but that's ok. I see so much difference in the shape of my body. I may not be losing pounds but I am losing fat and inches. Even my shoes fit looser. Keep up the weight lifting and healthy eating!
