Down to 263.5 today. Doctors scale said 265. The doc took into consideration the cup of coffee, my clothes and shoes, and told me to go by my scale of 263.5 . took off the 1.5 that I had gained last weekend, lol!! Thats fine by me, any loss is a good loss to me!!

I got to the gym too today. I love going there and doing my pool workout. I feel good when I leave there!! Thats what it's suppose to do! It's supposed to get a little cool here for the next few days. That's also ok by me. I'm ready for some cool weather. I hate the cold, but the crisp coolness of a clear fall day can't be beat!!

I'll be making soup too, in the cooler weather. I love soup. It warms you up so nice, and makes you feel toasty!! My physical therapist and I were talking about making Italian dishes. She made her first stuffed shells the other day. They sounded delicious!! I told her about making homemade wedding soup. Now I have to figure out how to write her a recipe...lol!!! I don't measure when I cook, so that will be a challenge!!

I told her the only definite amounts I could give her at the time were 1 pound of ground chicken and 1 pound of ground turkey for the meatballs and 1 fifth of white wine..lol!! I take 1 glass from the bottle for me to enjoy while making it, and use about, half a cup to saute the meatballs, and the rest goes in the pot.

I may have to make some and can it for her if the hubs buys me that pressure canner I want. I just have to sit down and figure out some measures that are approximations. Lord, I haven't made that in a while, and may just have to make some this week!!

If I get the recipe figured out, I'll have to post it on here, along with my pepper soup. That gets made tomorrow!! Yum!!

I'm a big fan of soup as well. And, chili when it gets to be cooler weather. I'd love to try out your recipe for the wedding soup if you get it posted.
