That's where I am abouts. What calories are you doing per day?

Vivenne1st- I started this app January 1st 2020 and have also been overweight all my life! I WAS doing 1200-1250 cals every day since starting but find it best to throw a wrench up in there by having an 1800-2500 cal day ATLEAST once, maybe twice a week so my body don’t get used to the 1200-1250 intake everyday because then I tend to hit a plateau! My higher cal days are typically a light bkft, pizza or garbage plate or sub for lunch (still being mindful of toppings/condiments of course 😃), and a light to medium dinner!!! I’ve been simply doing CICO while sticking as close to my macro setting as possible (50% carb, 25% fat, 25% protein). -95lbs in 6 1/2 months is fine for me! I could lose faster if I was more strict but it’s actually more enjoyable doing a lifestyle change rather than dieting and this way is much more sustainable for maintenance once I hit my final goal while still enjoying awesome food!!!

That is fantastic news. Keep up the good work. I am sure you are noticing changes for the better as you go down. Keep thinking about how good it feels to be able to....... and then fill in the blank with what brings you joy.
