Feel better today. Yesterday was very sore , more so than usual. Went to pool with intention to just do light, but ended up doing 10,000 steps anyways. Woke up at 5am today and feel a lot more energetic. Doing things around the house and some errands before swimming at 2pm.

Didn't log food yesterday as sometimes it's a hassle being at the computer all the time. But I got my food down and not worried so much about how many calories and stuff I'm counting on some days. I know veggies have carb, but they are good carbs and I'm going to stop tweaking out about romaine, cups, etc. Still no soda, bread, pasta, chocolate, candy, chips, etc for over 3 weeks now. Was weighing myself everyday and making myself crazy. So now I weight JUST on Saturday mornings and THAT IS IT. The rest of the time the scan is in the closet :0) Oh well up and outta here...
