Back on the treadmill tonight. Getting too damn cold at night to walk. Did the standard 2 miles although it seemed a bit harder than on the street. Seem to be holding my own as far as the maintenance goes.
Went to the Docs for a check up. BP is 100 over 60. All is well.
Did a comparison before/after pic today. Pic on the left was taken last Christmas, pic on the right was taken yesterday.
