You know after you eat at a restaurant when you should still be full but you feel odd? That’s me lately. Not full, not hungry but have the munchies. Did my best to limit snacks. I know I need more calories today. I have that odd feeling in my tummy again.
Maybe nerves because our plans this weekend were changed as well as having to put off our vacation. Not to mention stuff with the in-laws again.
I know part of it right now is because we lost a kitten tonight right before dinner. It’s the one I accidentally shut in the door. He was fine after a few hours when it happened (a month or so ago), but yesterday he couldn’t move. I kept him with me from then until dinner tonight except the 3 1/2 hours of sleep I got last night. He got better this morning, but deteriorated after lunch. The vet couldn’t get us in until Friday :/.
Anyway I guess I’ll have a protein shake because protein is low today and I feel like I need something.
