Joel&acomandr: yes it s very filling! I start with salads, then proteins, then whatever space left is for carbs 😂 prior to eating, try one big glass of water with one big spoon of apple viniger, and one big glass of water with a small spoon of ground flax seeds. U won t regret it 😉
