NSV!! I started running about a year ago and was not able to run farther than a quarter mile at a time. Then I couldn’t get past 2 miles. Quarantine and the nike run club app helped me to actively improve at the sport. TODAY I DID 4 MILES STRAIGHT!!!!!

Wow! 4 miles is great! I felt the same way when I got to 3 (5k).
