wow, 4.5 lbs down according to my scales this morning.....
I've been trying to be mindful of what I'm eating. and trying to exercise when I can. Hmmm. I'm not complaining!! I think it may have been yesterday though. I know I didn't eat a lot at my mom's picnic. And I even had a Dilly bar from Dairy Queen. I have a few more of those in the freezer. Yesterday was a no eat day for some reason.!! I got involved with cleaning up an image that the hubby found on the internet, and would like for a tattoo. When I realized what time it was, I was more or less going to make an early supper, instead of a late lunch!!!

Then we both ended up talking with the neighbors, him with the one up the street, me with the one across the street, and then it was 6:00 pm! What the heck!!! Well, we went to the store, grabbed some luncheon meat and cheese, and had roast beef and colby jack wraps for supper!!
The good thing about the shopping trip, I got a beautiful head of cauliflower, and a nice dense head of cabbage. Guess what I'll be having for lunch today!!!

Yep, getting a lot of use from that steamer!!! I'll cut up some cabbage, and some cauliflower, and I got a zucchini from my garden, and some tomato, and a piece of pepperoni maybe, and pop it all in that steamer!! Lunch in 15 minutes!! I LOVE my steamer!!!

I guess that will be it for today. I have to try to get hold of a rescue group today, and see if they can help get one of my feral cats outside fixed. I had a woman stop me on saturday before we left for PA. She is offering her help too.! I'll take any help I can get to get these babies taken care of and fixed, so I don't get swamped in feral kittens!!!
