mixed it up a bit today

There is combined walking you can do : walk normal for a 5 min. then how much fast you can go for a 1minute, then slow back. The most important thing you keep your back straight, you look righ in front of you (it will help to keep your posture in right position, which is good for your back and shoulders). Also if you vacuum your stomach and keep it in how much you can (you still can breathe in that position 😁) it helps to work out your oblique abdominal muscles and burn visceral fat. From the beginning it will be hard to do so, don't push your self, do how much you can, with time you will notice that you vacuum your stomach automatically. Also raise your walking distance to 1 hour. I was reading thet

I was reading that first half of hour your body burning sugars and only afrer this 30 min of walking its starts burning your real fats. You must do at least 10000 steps a day. When I say 10000 I mean from your 1st step out of your bed till you go back to the bed. 5 times a week would be anough. I do like morning and evening 30 minutes after my food. 3 day on then 1 day rest. I'm keeping my phone on me so much as possible, Google fit counts every step you make. Also you burning calories while you seating down, laing down, bathing or taking a shower, any house activities you do even while you are eating and sleeping.

I don't know if you noticed, that app even suggestig for you how many cal you need to burn a day compare to the amount of calories you eat.

Thanks Julia, I use the app to work out my rdi intake. Hadn't thought about my posture so will take note and see if I can take a longer route for my pokemon go 😂
