Its Monday, and unofficial weight day...down 2.5 pounds to 273.5!!! This is the weight loss I need to try to maintain. 2 to 2.5 pounds. I may have a little bit of trouble this week. My in-laws 60th wedding anniversary is Wednesday, and we are going up to PA to the party. I just may eat a nice size lunch and then maybe just pick at the table setup up there.

Then there is mom's picnic on Saturday...lol!!! That is a case of we'll be there all day, soooo , it may be a picky, munchy day. I know there will be tons of carbs...lol!!! Pasta salad, and potato salad, and all kinds of pies, cupcakes...This picnic feeds the whole neighborhood and then some!!! I'll be making a cucumber salad, with home grown cukes, and tomatoes, and vidalia onions!! I may even make the dressing. Why put bottled dressing on it, when it doesn't take much to make one fresh???

Not much in the way of insights today, lol. I am still a little messed up from the IHOP episode. I really have to keep a reign on myself, so I don't go off all crazy counting calories and forget about the big picture. The big picture is I am doing this to get healthy also, not just lose weight. The two have to go hand in hand. I'm glad I had that smack in the head,, Gibbs style from the BIG GGUY, to remind me to get my act together and quit being such a dumbass!!!

Consequently, I had that huge omelette on saturday, went to Wendy's and ate half of a regular sized Apple Pecan Chicken salad w/ 2 packs of pomegranate vinaigrette, and a small baby vanilla ice cream cone w/ sprinkles on sunday!

But its all good!! The cone was 209 calories total, half the salad was 225 cal, and all together was 415. My lunch yesterday was all of 181 calories. Of course, breakfast everyday is all of 50 calories.

Today's lunch will be that leftover salad, and maybe some cauliflower added in. I ended up throwing out the other half of that omelette that I had on Saturday. I wasn't going to eat it anyway, I had had enough of that. lol!!!

Soooooo, how was everyones weekend??? I hope it was really good!!! Lets get back to the diet battle front today and get this party started!!!! I'll be right here, ready to give you all the backup I can give!!!
