Unfortunately I cheat sometimes... like for the past 3 days... not bad but not good either... i had a burger on Sunday with fries... and small fry yesterday and Saturday as well... at work i can control it cause i only have healthy snacks around...

oh and lately i've been on coffee kick.. thank goodness I like their sugar free vanilla flavor...

well today and for the next week or so no more... I'm putting the smack down on me... lol...
