I’ll check it out! No chips but I’m currently having Trix for dessert lol. I only ate half of the potatoes pictured too. I don’t really have any tips other than be competitive. Hubby was doing 100-200 and I decided I should be able to do 50. I started with modified where my knees are on the ground. I started with 5-8 then moved up to 10-12 and then 20ish per set. When I could do 100 modified I started making one set be regular. Slowly made it 50 of each and then slowly took it to 100 of each. I find I do better with a workout partner right beside me and compete for who can do the most in a set. I’m highly competitive I’m told 🤷‍♀️.

I’m competitive lol. In my mind hubby is twice my size and 3-4x as strong. Therefore I should be able to get half his reps or more and be doing 25-50% of his weights. I’m still working on the weights. He does bent over db rows with 50# and I do 20-25#. He lifts 405 and I can barely do 6-8 reps of 95#. I couldn’t let him outdo me on pushups lol. I can do the same amount as him but 25% or more have to be modified. I’ve even got our middle doing 100! She’s 11 and only about 75-80#. She can get 10 regular now. She can do al 100 regular just 10 at a time with 1-3 minute breaks between. Her PE teacher sent a thing home saying she was weak in some areas like pushups. I wish she could’ve gone back to school to show her teacher how many she could do after only 2-3x a week for maybe a month.
