I have been getting out of my chair a lot through the day and doing housework. I'm pushing myself even when I get winded. I've been going on walks with my daughter in the evening. I think just moving around a lot as well as cutting out a lot of carbs and sugars has helped me to lose this weight faster. Thank God!
84.9 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well I am down one more pound since I wrote this. I get so frustrated with myself and discouraged about this whole weight loss thing. Please forgive me when I complain and whine. 😣 Does anyone else get discouraged besides me?😩
