Well today I'm down one pound. I knew I was holding a lot of water from the salt I had eaten. I was running to the bathroom all day yesterday and all night. Probably the same today since my ankles were so big last night. When I keep my calories between 900 and 1000 it takes me one week to lose one pound. Everyday is a couple ounces which I don't always log. Sometimes I just wait out the week and put down a pound. It is a lot of work just to lose 1 pound. Jesus help me.
