I've been up/down. Been on this diet plan for 4 weeks and only lost 1 pound! And that was a battle! I'm going to continue with it for now. I have too much invested in the supplements to quit now. I'm going to talk with the guy that gave it to me when he is on a talk show (call in health food show) tomorrow and I have a consultation with him next Wednesday to try to figure this out! At least I feel healthy! Just get headaches often but that has always been a part of me. Today is day 3 of adding the Fast-5 strategy. Seems to work ok with me except I'm stuffed at lunch and know I crave at night. But the cravings are not hunger related. They are addiction to sugar and other snack bad stuff that I've lived with for 59 years! Have to break the cycle!

Ooo...good luck with those supplements, but I never trust that kinda stuff. I actually bought some, tried them for a few days and then just stopped taking them. The best way to lose weight is cut the intake, and get more active. Too many cons out there, weight loss is a billion dollar business. So be careful with those supplements, they can be plain ol' vitamins, or they could actually be something harmful. ;)

thanks for the info Char. I trust this person and the health food store. But I have known many others (people & health food stores) that are cons. It is just that it is taking so long for results! I know some has to do with my metabolism and other factors. I have a consultation set up for next week with him, after that time I will decide if I want to stop the supplements or cut back. It is good that I feel so good though! :-)
