I eat over night oats every morning. It’s also my go-to weight loss breakfast. I usually eat 1/2 cup oats, a fruit of my choice, almond milk, PB2 and it’s always around 250 calories. Yours looks super yummy

Next time I’ll add bananas and other mixed berries on it! In addition to lemon water, overnight oats will be my morning routine. 🥰

Bell pepper egg rings are not easy to cook first time, but once you are used to it, I am sure you’ll enjoy it a lot!
