Oh yum!! Two of my favorite things, waffles and anything blueberry. Hmmmm! All I’d add is some cottage cheese! Perfect!! 😉

We found a waffle mix that is amazingly low carb count and pretty tasty. It's New Hope Mills Low Carb Waffle mix. i serving (2 waffles prepared) is 220 cal.4.4 Net carbs and 20 G protein. It's made here in NYS at a small mill. I make up a batch and freeze them, then put one in the toaster when I want a quick fancy breakfast. https://newhopemills.com/products/low-carb-pancake/
