:) thanks, tina.and.tito! I'm glad you think so & are going to try it! I call them Pepper Boats, since the half peppers with the tuna look like little boats 🛶 I forgot to mention that some lemon juice in the tuna makes it even better. And you could also make these with mini red/orange/yellow bell peppers for an appetizer for a party. Your cucumber/tuna dish would be perfect for that as well!
