Walking all done by 8-ish....STILL too early for me, but waddayagonnado? It's a wet blanket day, UGH Index a 10, so at least it was only in the mid-80's when we finished up by going out a bit earlier than normal.

Happily getting some household stuff done today, enjoying a faster computer, and will end up working this afternoon at the thrift store. All in all, an enjoyable, albeit HOT, day.

Ate some peanut butter yesterday - too much - but I'm cutting myself some slack here. It was less than I've snarfed down in the past and I actually stopped myself. That extra PB weight on the scale this morning WILL come down as long as that's all the PB I eat for another long while. I skipped my morning snack because I wasn't hungry (due to the PB, probably) and I'm just staying tuned into my hunger signals.

I need to be careful not to allow myself to go down the PB road very often, but if it happens rarely, I'm hopeful I can handle it. In general, however, I do realize that weight LOSS does NOT happen when I eat PB, peanuts, and/or more than the tiniest amount of spray whipping cream...YMMV :)

PB is my downfall - can't have just a little and it seems like it stalls me out faster than anything else that's partially ok :) I have to avoid PB, peanuts and spray whipped cream too! your diary could have been mine (except for the hot weather - we're hoping to hit 82 today in central MN)

At least the PB is good for you. Just curious - Does the butter give you more satisfaction than eating nuts?

PB is like ice cream to me, heck, then I add it to icecream! No PB in my house:-( I am up early now to do walks! Today I waited till 9 and it was icky. Where are you again?

Krista, I'd LOVE to have a nice summer day about 82 degrees with lower humidity. We had a taste of that in May and it was divine!

Bren, that's one thing about PB....once I do stop, it stays with me and keeps me full for a very long time. Our humidity just skyrocketed (MAJOR rain system will be here for days - yuk!).

Buffy, most of the time, I'd prefer the PB. But it takes more time to eat nuts and it has tames the chewing urge. Sometimes, a gal's just gotta chew/munch on something!

LGM, I've stopped buying "my" brand of PB just to avoid the temptation. But.......I also like my DH's brand (my original favorite). I try to keep in mind that his has higher carbs and it u-s-u-a-l-l-y keeps me away.....but not Sunday. :(
