Headache today, so not a whole lot going on in my world. I'm going to get my workout in this afternoon, but not much else. My calories will probably reflect my not feeling well too. I've eaten a lot of carbs already, because grab and go has been the easiest way to eat today.

I hope everyone has had a great weekend!! I just wish I had the next week off. Sigh...

Sorry about your headache, I hope you feel better! At least you're still working out though, that's true determination ;p

I discovered a few months ago that work in out can actually help a headache. Also, try drinking some water. Dehydration can give you a headache. I hope you feel better tomorrow.
