I’ve been using GNC Wheybolic and I think it’s the best I’ve had IMO. It’s an isolate and can be used both pre and post workouts. It’s also the only one I’ve see so far that completely mixes lump free in water, which is how I make mine. Oh and it got BCAAs and all that other healthy stuff too. 😂

Orgain organic whey protein powder from Costco or Amazon. No soy which can be problematic for some.

I’m in love with syntha 6 edge low carb low sugar 22 or 24 g protein I can’t remember now. And amazing taste feels like cheating 😂

Thanks for all the info. I will check them out. The one I'm using right now taste great in my coffee cup. Now with the weather warming up I think I will try a fruit flavor.

How many grams of protein do you need for 1kg of your weight? Cant you get it from stake? ;)
