Really shows how foods all of a sudden become "bad" when combined. It just isn't the case when moderation of calories is done. Meat cheese and bread are fine, unless they make a cheeseburger! Another example. It isn't all or nothing, people who believe that will keep failing.

Exactly. I've had several conversations lately exploring that my challenges with food has usually been of quantity rather than quality. Too much is too much, period, regardless of whether it is cabbage or chocolate. For me. I don't consider food better or worse.

For me it is about the food and not the quantity still. I have issues with some foods that I do not have with others and that has to be managed by limiting how often I turn to them. Obviously they are not "bad" foods. I am the one who is the problem. There are people who can handle them. I am just not one of them
