Like lots of folks, COVID quarantine has not brought out my best. I snack during the day out of stress and boredom and making meals is a source of entertainment. I'm going to try my best to not beat myself up over it - these ARE weird and stressful circumstances - but also focus more on staying well hydrated with water and eating well and moderating my portions.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
