WELL I'M TRYING OUT WHEAT PASTA TONIGHT... I'M EXCITED TO EAT PASTA DON'T CARE IF IT WHEAT OR FULL OF FIBER JUST THE FACT THAT I'M HAVING PASTA IS THE BOOOOMB...

I WASN'T REALLY HUNGRY FOR BREAKFAST TODAY... I DIDN'T EVEN REALLY DRINK MY COFFEE SO IN REALITY I ONLY HAD MAYBE 8OZ... OTHERWISE ITS STILL SITTING ON MY DESK... LOL... BOUGHT SOME UNSWEETENED GOLD PEAK TEA... I LOVE THAT STUFF... AND USED CRYSTAL LIGHT TO SWEETEN IT A LITTLE... SINCE I HAD NO SPLENDA AT WORK...

I ATE SUSHI FOR LUNCH WITH A LITTLE MAYO... SO FAR SO GOOD... I FEEL LIKE I ATE A LOT YESTERDAY... MAN WAS I HUNGRY... ALL DAYAM DAY GOT HOME ATE A SALAD AND A 210 LASAGNA FROZEN MEAL... THAT WAS GOOD TOO...

WELL I HOPE TOMORROW WILL ALSO BE A GOOD DAY...
