I didn't do well over the weekend. I knew Saturday would be a bad day because of eating at mom's, but Sunday I just went overboard and ate too much at all my meals. I just couldn't make myself get on the computer and record this weekend. I tried to record everything today too, and I think it's pretty accurate, but I'm sure I missed something. I knew I went over though even without recording. I did get workouts in and was pretty much on my feel all weekend, so that was good.

It's a new week and I'm down another pound, so I'm not going to dwell on the weekend any more. I didn't get my workout in this morning though, I am resting my foot again today. Yesterday after my workout my foot hurt really bad, it hurt this morning too, and it's still from when I rolled my ankle 2 weeks ago. My hubby thinks I may have a stress fracture because of where it hurts, but I don't know, it could just be pulled ligaments or tendons still recovering. I just don't want to rest it so much I stop exercising because I'm in a good routine right now. Tonight after work I'm going to try to get some gardening done, at least that will burn some calories and I'll see how it feels tomorrow morning.

THat's right!, don't dwell on the eating that's in the past! I did the same thing this past weekend which was eat to much. I went way overboard yesterday with eating cake (I felt I had too as I made my DH and dad each a carrot cake and then had some with both of them!). But I logged it all and now like you said, it's time to move on to a new week! Good for you getting all your workouts in. Have a great week!

Good job on the lost pound! Keep up the good work. When I first started work in out, my feet hurt too and I also thought I had a stress fracture, but it turns out to be sore muscles. Who knew the muscles in your feet could get sore. If you did pull it, just be nice to it or it will take even longer. That doesn't mean no exercise just try not to jump etc and days undo stress. Do low impact aerobics, swim, cycle, take spinning. Things like that. Good luck and gardening does burn calories.
