p$m's Journal, 25 Mar 20

This is my second week of quarantine. NY and NJ are now "closed" and only essential personnel are suppose to go to work. I've managed well and now have a semi good routine. I realize not having to go to the office I move a lot less and probably dont need to eat as much. That might be why I'm not as hungry and trying to eat only when I'm hungry. I've figured out a workout routine from home and waiting until the weekend to go outdoors. My next goal is to figure out how to get some sunshine while stuck at home. I miss the sun. I admit, as I type this my brain tells me how lucky I am. I have read some of the posts from our FS family and they are not doing well. I wish there was something more I could do besides letting them know they are not alone and wish them best.

I hope this ends sooner than later...

I’m on quarantine pending my results from Monday. I acted as such since being sent 🏡 Thursday. I make a point to be in my yard and stand in the sunshine ☀️ and if it’s raining I sit on my front porch for fresh air. ♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏💜💚

Jcmama I’m thinking I’m gonna have to figure out the same. But once I get on my computer to work it seems I lose track of time. Maybe gotta remember to sit outside for 5min

When it is sunny I go for a walk in the neighborhood. If we run into anyone we just stand at least 6 feet apart. Today I was able to work in my gardens...it was in the 60's to low 70's. If you have a balcony, a porch or even steps try to sit outside for at least a few minutes.

Sherry - I recently heard the virus is airborne even if you avoid people if it’s in the surface of something and gets a breeze you can get exposed. I’m not sure how true that is. https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/16/who-considers-airborne-precautions-for-medical-staff-after-study-shows-coronavirus-can-survive-in-air.html
