Day 2 of isolation....So day 1 of being home was a bust from a diet/work out perspective. After work, I did not get motivated to try to figure out a work out routine without the gym but I gotta do better. Though I ate moderately healthy yesterday, I didnt move much. Today I will try to do some exercise/ stretching since I'm still tight from the hike on Sunday and maybe get outside to walk. It's raining out so no one else should be around. Rain is great for social distancing!
On the bright side, I was able to pay my bills, balance my checkbook, and learned to unclog my bathtub via youtube. 😀
Not sure how long I'm gonna survive not having human contact. So far not bad but starting to look out the window for people like I'm in fishbowl.
