Happy(?) Monday! Not sure if happy is the right word anymore. The Coronavirus is closing things down in NY and not sure how this is going to affect my diet/ exercise routine. Being home more... I'm more apt to be bored and want to eat. Any suggestions?

Now that I know I can log on to FS online, I figured out how to look at the challenge I joined. A mini-challenge is to exercise every day. NY has also closed restaurants and bars. I wasn't doing those but if they've gone to that extent then I've decided it's best to not go to the gym too. I need to figure out how to get my cardio in at home. I can definitely do yoga at home but anything else without an exercise machine not sure...

I hope everyone else is dealing well with all this virus stuff!! 💚

♥️♥️🙏 Hang in there. You can definitely exercise at 🏡 you can stock up on frozen veggies and meats. Frozen fruits. 💜💚

Yes. I walk outside, inside, and I do the stairs. I live on the 2nd floor in my apartment. Also our apartments are all enclosed. So I have a long hallway that I can walk. I always make sure not to stomp. Another thing you can use 2 cans of vegetables as hand weights. If you don’t have any. Walking 🚶🏻‍♀️ in place will get you heart ❤️ rate up. I even do some chair exercises. I also do the exercise like we did in gym when I was a kid. Everything you can do to get your heart ❤️ rate up. Keep us posted. I care

I also find that sticking to our plan means we are using smaller portions of food, so it's rationing, it's thrifty and it's results!

Thanks everyone. I figured hiking in the woods with no one around I could do on the weekend wasn’t sure if the walk through the neighborhood was ok.
