Sunday's Workout: SUPERSET - pull ups / barbell squats russian twists w/med ball planks with rotating circles on swiss ball dumbbell dead lifts (weakest part of my body is grip strength - doing with 2x90lb db's, i can rarely get to 8 reps) weighted back/side extensions kettle bell goblet squats with push press one leg db rows on upside down bosu ball dips w/knee raises
lots of wiping equipment and washing hands. cheers!

That’s probably where I will be working out in the near future @jde. In ohio they’ve closed bars and restaurants. That may extend to places like our sports club. In the meantime, I will still go - they are extremely clean and well stocked w wipes and sanitizer.
