10-15 lb 4Week Challenge for August ended yesterday. And I started 10-30 lb 12Week Challenge for Sep/Oct/Nov. Part of the challenge rules is to commit to losing 1 lb/week, to journal the commitment, and to state your reward at the end. This is it:
Losing 13 lbs would make my BMI just <25 and out of the overweight column. I will commit to this. The last challenge I lost lb/week and it was NOT easy. I need to be strong and continue this on. My reward will be a new workout outfit for the gym.
