Happy Friday! It’s a great day even though I gained a little weight. The birds are chirping... Seriously they are I hear them and they at f’n loud. Haha!
Today is great because I did make it to cardio kickboxing class last night. Thanks everyone for the support and pushing me to go! It helped me and I went!! And ignored the 😈 in my mind. The class kicked my a$$ as it’s been over a week since I’ve been to the gym because of work travel. So I’m trying to get back into my workout routine!
My goal is to go to the gym at least 3x a week this year! Last year I averaged 2x and I heard that 3x is really best though 2x is better than nothing.
Thanks again everyone for the support! Let’s do it!!
