Happy one more day to Friday! I’m suppose to go to the gym today. There’s a good cardio kickboxing class tonight. I know I should go but my brain wants to go home and rest. I can hear my inner demon making excuses. 😈 your allergies are bothering you. Your eyes are itchy. Go home take some allergy meds. 😈 you can’t see cause your contacts are bothering you. How do you plan on keeping up with the class? 👼🏻 you need to go otherwise you won’t hit your target of 3x a week and the week is almost over. 👼🏻you always feel better after you kick ass 👼🏻 your gym clothes didn’t go for a ride in the car.
