Happy one more day to Friday! I’m suppose to go to the gym today. There’s a good cardio kickboxing class tonight. I know I should go but my brain wants to go home and rest. I can hear my inner demon making excuses. 😈 your allergies are bothering you. Your eyes are itchy. Go home take some allergy meds. 😈 you can’t see cause your contacts are bothering you. How do you plan on keeping up with the class? 👼🏻 you need to go otherwise you won’t hit your target of 3x a week and the week is almost over. 👼🏻you always feel better after you kick ass 👼🏻 your gym clothes didn’t go for a ride in the car. They are there for a reason. 🥴

I tell myself when I don’t want to go walk or whatever just give it 20 minutes. If I still don’t want to be there after twenty minutes I can just go home and try again tomorrow. Most of the time if I get that far I forget about the 20 minutes.
