Hubby’s arms are staying the same size measurement wise but getting more definition. Teased him about 150# on rows when I was doing 3x 10 @ 120# so he bumped up to 180 then 230 (max on the cable machine). Just glad he didn’t hurt his elbow again now that it’s feeling better! He won’t post pics so I’ll do it for him :). You can’t tell with his shirt on but his chest is way bigger than when we started (he’s been going for 3 years but working harder these last 10.5 mo the showing off for me I think lol).

Yes he has a FS account. He reads a lot of posts but hasn’t ever posted anything. He’s against social media and I guess the journals are too much like that? He uses the food and weight logs. He’s sasquatch77 I believe :)
