Since hubby did 405 on the decline bench the other day I think he’s going to try 405 on the flat bench today. He says he’s over his mental block now. Going to the gym a bit later today hoping someone big will be there to spot him. No way do I want to try with that much weight! Think I’ll try 95# again on regular flat or 105 on smith flat. Feel like a sissy next to hubby haha. My goal is to eventually bench my body weight. His goal is 405 on everything I think.
